
Lorne S. Cabinsky Esq. was born in Canada and took residency in California where he finished his undergraduate education. The fascination with the legal system motivated him to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While finishing law school Mr. Cabinsky worked as a certified legal intern at the Public Defender's Office in Broward County where he argued several motions and participated in trials. Mr. Cabinsky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. In addition, he is currently a member of The Southern District, The Northern District, and The Middle District of Florida.
Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Cabinsky worked with a collection law firm representing a majority of Hospitals located in Florida. Mr. Cabinsky was responsible for litigating complex lawsuits against major health insurance carriers attempting to resolve reimbursement issues. In addition, Mr. Cabinsky was responsible for all probate and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Cabinsky has commercial litigation experience and has represented large Corporations commercing with breach of contract issues. Some of these cases include breach of lease agreements, employment agreements and the sale of goods.
Mr. Cabinsky is very active in the community participating in pro bono services, and serves as the Vice President of Emerald Hills Country Club Association. Mr. Cabinsky is also a member of the Broward Bar Association.
